ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME
two weeks from the order. This time is included in the delivery time. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Delivery time id depends on the destination country.

IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS
I do not accept returns.
I accept exchange only if you have received other goods, the condition of the goods is not as decscribed or is damaged.
I do not accept exchanges for personalized products.

Please contact with me if you have any problem with your order within 14 days of delivery and return within 30 days of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS
